Practical guidance for Educators and Visiting Teachers.
This programme is designed to support Home-based Educators working with young children to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to recognise and respond appropriately to suspected child abuse. The programme deals with aspects of the Children’s Act (2014) as well as understanding and managing childhood sexual behaviours. It gives practical guidance on working with families and children around safety and body awareness.
